Storyline (OOC)
First things first. This storyline is pure fantasy and is set in modern day. It is not related to any DC or Marvel SLs so please, no Spidermen, Batmen or Supermen. As said, we accept characters from high school level freshman to their last year in college. This storyline will have war, it will have a lot of fighting. We like to keep the drama action-filled and intense. Storyline drama will not be to simply complete one objective. There will be barriers in the way, dilemmas and personal problems dealing with characters new and old. If you're looking for a college SL where there's group orgies all the time, look elsewhere. We're not saying we don't allow sex. In fact, if you're not mature please stay out -- this SL is bound to have sex, drugs, alcohol and deaths. But keep the sex to a minimum, please?
There will be heros, villains and in betweens. Everyone has a role. Please keep that in mind. Even if you have a character who's in their freshman year of high school whose abilities don't seem to have much potential. They may still have a purpose. However, purpose also needs help with participation. Do not join, be gone for a week and expect your character to be in the thick of the shit if you're not around. Villains are definitely needed. There is a 3-character limits for Heros-Neutrals together and a 3-character limit for villains. However, a third hero-neutral cannot be made unless you have an established and active, villain character. As far as heroes and neutrals... there are different classes to which I will explain.
-Gargoyles. WUSH students whose abilities would be beneficial for protecting the school grounds.
-Echoes. WUSH students who are leaders... good at teaching and tutoring other students who need more time and patience than teachers may be able to provide.
-Shades. WUSH students whose abilities would be beneficial for stealth operations and have been properly trained for such.
-Candles. WUSH high school students whose abilities have much potential and are being specially trained by faculty members or Echoes.
-Juggernauts. WUSH students whose abilities and combative skills are incredibly affective on a battlefield. These students are very powerful, have intense battle tactics and can, effectively, finish a job quickly.

Welcome Home
Welcome to the new WUSH. A school dedicated to students from their freshman year of high school to their last year of college. My name is Dante Warrington and I am the Provost of WUSH. Unfortunately, the welcome isn't the most pleasant but I will do what I can to help you feel comfortable here.
The original definition of WUSH was Weschester University of Supernatural Humans. A school dedicated to the development of the mutant mind. At one point, we were more than just a school. We were a sanctuary. A place that supernatural humans could call home. Where they were safe to learn and better themselves without the worries of being outcasted by those who are not like us. Where they didn't need to worry about slipping up and exposing themselves. Doing our best to help them feel normal in this strange world. However, our sanctuary was tainted. Allow me to explain.
A few years ago, our campus was raided by anti-mutant guerillas who belonged to a mutant genocide group. Several were injured, kidnapped and even murdered. It is believed that our kidnapped students have been brainwashed to bring battle against us. Add to that misfortune, this mutant genocide group has found a way to reanimate the dead and use their bodies and powers for battle. This is nothing that is over looked but a sign for us to prepare for the worst.
What can WUSH do for you? Our campus still stands to bring our students the same comforts we always offered. The risks have increased though, what with the way society has become, education here is far safer. We have planned out means to better defend our grounds, prepare our younger students and, possibly, take down our threat. We are not on pure defense. The time has come to stop hiding and hoping we will be left alone. We must bring the fight to those that threaten our lives and the lives of our loved ones. Please do not misunderstand this as us attempting to build an army of mutants as not everyone is expected to fight. But those who do understand the purpose. We are not fighting for the pleasure of using or abusing our abilities. We are fighting so that others do not have to.
If you believe you can handle what has become but would like to take comfort around those like yourselves, please look towards WUSH to assist you. We cannot guarantee it'll be to your greatest delight but we will do our best to bring forth our own light. Welcome to the Westchester University of Supernatural Humans.
